Team Led By
Toba is the Executive Director of the Texas-Israel Alliance, a forum that launches programs that support Israel using Texas resources. Toba is a diplomacy expert with two decades of experience facilitating deep dialogue and relationships between Israel and countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Previously, she worked for the Israeli Ambassador to France and subsequently directed the Middle East Department of several consulting firms. Toba was educated in Paris for her bachelor’s degree and received her master’s degree from the elite French diplomacy school, Sciences Po.
